The Power of Love
Today, open yourself to the power of love. Today, let your heart swing wide open as you allow yourself to feel what there is to feel. Open to the wonder of other people. Open to the wonder of yourself. Open your heart to be vulnerable, to be breathing freely, to be allowed to truly feel what it is that might be felt. Do not think that you are protecting yourself by closing your heart. Allow yourself to love. Allow yourself to give love without trying to get, without trying anything. Just give love. Just open your heart for the joy of feeling love and letting your heart soften and breathe freely.
The heart loves to be pliable. The heart loves to relax and breathe and be allowed to feel. The heart does not worry about being hurt, because the heart knows that love is the ultimate healer. It is the getting and grasping which hurt. It is the trying and controlling which hurt. It is the manipulation and the maneuvering which hurt. Love heals. Love is.
And above all, allow yourself to love yourself, to embrace yourself in whatever way you find yourself, just as you are, today. Love yourself deeply. Invest in yourself. Allow yourself to passionately follow your own desires. Allow yourself to be who you are, loving and generous, full of fun and spirit, being you, shining out in love..

Celebrating the differences in people while viewing everyone through the eyes of oneness nurtures powerful connections and creates a plane of existence where everyone is mutually supportive and respectful. When we replace this spirit of separateness with compassion, much of the friction in human relations will disappear. When we realize that we all are one, then there will be no impulse to jealousy and no room for conflict. There will be no inclination to like or dislike people; everyone will be regarded with the eyes of compassion and love.
Like tiny ripples that merge to form great waves, combined human intent is worth more than the sum of its parts. A single individual can initiate worldwide improvement by emitting conscious frequencies of love, beauty, goodness and wisdom... Alone, the light you emit is a wonderful healing tool, but when you join with others who share your intent to shine compassion and positive energy over the world, a powerful force is created. Our collective light and consciousness will wash over the planet - enveloping people, communities, cities, countries and continents.
